Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. However, all sales are final unless otherwise stated as most items are custom made when you purchase them.

Have something special in mind? Use our contact form to tell us what you’re looking for, including your preferred colors, size, and any other details. We’ll be in touch to discuss your idea.

Custom orders normally take 1–7 business days to make once all materials are available, depending on current order volume. Business days are Monday through Friday; orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day. If supplies need to be ordered, materials ordering can add 1–2 weeks before production begins. I will contact you if your order needs extra time. Ready-made items can ship the same business day if ordered before the post office closes, or the next business day. Delivery time is additional to materials ordering and production time. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated transit time of 1–3 business days after shipment. Transit estimates are not guaranteed. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.
