Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Production Time
Because our paracord products are custom made to order, crafting times vary based on current order volume and materials.
  • Production Window: Orders take between 1 to 7 business days to create before shipment. If the custom item you wish to order will take longer I will reach out to you personally. 
  • Business Days: Our workshop operates Monday through Friday.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery Speeds
We ship all domestic orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Carrier: Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Delivery Speed: Transit typically takes 1 to 3 business days once the package leaves our shop.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
  • Delays: Shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
We do not charge inflated flat fees; you only pay exactly what it costs to ship your item.
  • Calculated Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your items and your delivery address.
  • Domestic Only: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We take great care in packaging your custom items, but we are not responsible for carrier errors.
  • Included Insurance: USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 of automatic insurance coverage.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please save the packaging and contact us immediately to help file a claim.
  • Address Errors: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
