Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. However, all sales are final unless otherwise stated as most items are custom made when you purchase them.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. I use USPS Priority mail which says 1 to 3 days. If everything you ordered is in stock and made I can ship same day if it's a business day. If it needs to be made it can 2 days up to a week to ship depending on stock. If the items you order are not in stock it can take a max of 3 weeks getting to you depends on where you are located.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. The 550 cord is USA made.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

My products are on the low end I'd lose money paying for shipping cost unless I included it in the price of the item.

It depends on the item, design, buckle/closure type and length. Anywhere from $1 and up. I try to be affordable yet competitive.

I use USA made 550 cord and micro cord. I occasionally have bungee cord available.

I make bracelets with and without knives, minimalist and micro cord as well as adjustable and quick deploy. ID badge lanyards, animal call lanyards, knife lanyards, phone wrist lanyards, water bottle lanyards. Various style keychains, monkey fists. Adjustable dog collars (with biothane adapters), leashes, figure 8 harnesses for small animals like ferrets, guinea pigs, or lizards. Zipper pulls, shoelaces, fidget toys (begleri’s, knuckle rollers, nunchucks)

I use 1/4in, 3/8in and 1/2in side release buckles, adjustable shackles, break away barrels, and cord locks. For keychains, I use split/key rings, carabiners, steel thimbles, swivel snap clasp, loops. swivel snaps for leashes, biothane collar adapters in 1in 3/4in and 1/2 in for collars as well as nuts at your request. aglets for shoe laces. soft toy balls, marbles, and glass balls for monkey fists begleri’s and knuckle rollers. As well as beads and charms/awareness ribbons.

I make custom orders so I can make the item any size within reason.

It depends on the custom item you are asking for and if all supplies are in stock. If all items for your order are in stock, most items can be done same day depending how many orders I have ahead of you. 1 to 7 days is standard for custom orders I make. If I need to order the supplies that could take a week or 2 to get plus the week to make at the most a total of 3 weeks. I would contact you if that were the case so that you can decide if it's still something you want to order. Things already made go out next day same day if the order is in before the post office closes for the day.

Yes. Each order will have a complimentary discount for your next purchase. There will be sales every so often.

Yes, if you have a big order, we can work out a deal to get you a discounted price. I normally do price breaks when you order in bulk starting at 10 and 20 of the same items as well.
